How to Purchase Team Access to Understanding Insurance and PPOs

Dentists can purchase addition courses for their team members to access Dr. Campbell's course Understanding Insurance and PPOs. To purchase a seat for a team member, a dentist must first purchase the course using her own account on Embrasure Space. To purchase the course follow the steps outlined in the article linked below and then return to this article.

To purchase your first copy of Understanding Insurance and PPOs, follow the steps outlined here.

After you have purchased your 1st copy of Understanding Insurance and PPOs, you can follow these steps to purchase seats for your team members.

Step 1: Sign in to your Embrasure Space account: https://embrasurespace.com/my-account/

Step 2: Follow one of the methods outlined below:

Method #1: 

Step 1: While signed in to your Embrasure Space account, visit https://embrasurespace.com/product/understanding-insurance-and-ppos-for-team-members/

Step 2: Name your team and ender the number of seats you would like to purchase. For example, if the name of your practice is Laguna Beach Dentistry, name your team "Laguna Beach Dentistry". If you would like 3 of your team members to have access to their own copy of the course, purchase 3 seats.

Each seat that is purchased will grant 1 additional user access to the course. If you need to give 2 people access to the course, purchase 2 seats. If you need to give 5 people access to the course, purchase 5 seats. Etc. 

Step 3: Click "Add to Cart" and complete checkout.

Step 4: After purchasing the product, navigate to your account dashboard. (https://embrasurespace.com/my-account/)

Step 5: Select "Teams" from the menu on the left.

Step 6: From the Teams page, select "Add Member"

Step 7: Either copy and paste the unique link that is generated OR enter the email address of the team member you wish to add. 

When you team members click on the unique link associated with your account, they will be instructed to sign in to their Embrasure Space accounts (if they have one), or create their own Embrasure Space account. Method #2

Step 1: While signed in to your Embrasure Space account, visit your account dashboard: https://embrasurespace.com/my-account/

Step 2: Select "Memberships"

Step 3: Select "Products"

Step 4: Locate Understanding Insurance and PPOs Team Access and click "View":

Name your team and ender the number of seats you would like to purchase. For example, if the name of your practice is Laguna Beach Dentistry, name your team "Laguna Beach Dentistry". If you would like 3 of your team members to have access to their own copy of the course, purchase 3 seats.
