How to Open a Support Ticket on Practice Rail

Providing great customer support is very important to us. You can reply to any email you receive from Practice Rail and it will be read and responded too. However, the fastest and most efficient way to get support from our team is to open a support ticket that is associated with your order on Practice Rail (this helps us stay organized and route your questions appropriately).

To open a support ticket, sign in to your Practice Rail account by visiting and entering your login credentials. 

Once you sign in to your account, you'll see your account dashboard as depicted below:

From the "My Account" tab, navigate to the "Orders" tab in the main menu. 

From the orders tab, navigate to the order that you need help with and click on "Get Help".

After you click "Get Help", you'll be directed to a contact form. 

Complete the form and click send. 

After you have submitted a support ticket, please allow 2 business days for your request to be evaluated by one of our team members. You will receive a response by email. To view a history of your support tickets, click on the "Support Conversations" tab in the main menu; there, a list of your current and previous support tickets will be visible.
